Briefing Media Ltd is a company registered in the UK whose registered office is at 16 St Elmo Road, London W12 9EA. For customer service enquiries call 07768 880269 or email enquiries@briefingmedia.com. All transactions are in UK Sterling unless otherwise stipulated. If you are purchasing an on-line report we will endeavour to deliver this to you as quickly as possible and in any event within seven days unless you are pre ordering before publication in which case you will receive your order on publication. Printed reports will be delivered within 28 days although we endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible. If you are purchasing tickets for an event you will be sent a confirmation by email which will entitle you to entry to the event. If you do not receive a confirmation please contact our customer service number or email enquiries@briefingmedia.com
