Reports: Cadillac to Shift Account to Campbell Ewald
GM's Cadillac may be on the move, though the automaker on Tuesday denied reports that it has decided to shift lead responsibilities for its advertising from Fallon-based Minneapolis to Detroit-based Campbell Ewald.
